Main uses:
1, mainly used in rubber materials and metal materials (carbon steel, copper, aluminum and their alloys, as well as phosphating metal surface) at high temperature vulcanization bonding, manufacturing a variety of skeleton rubber products;
2, suitable for nitrile rubber, polyurethane rubber, acrylic rubber and other rubber and metal bonding.
How to use:
1, before use, dissolve the adhesive in alcohol or ketone solvent, the best ratio of 1: 4 (weight);
2, the metal material must be sandblasted or pickling treatment;
3, after the treatment of the metal material, you can dip the adhesive, after the coating must be parked at room temperature for 20 to 30 minutes, fully volatilized, in 145~150℃ heating equipment heat treatment for 20 minutes. The metal surface is coated with adhesive and can be vulcanized and bonded at temperatures greater than 150 ° C after the above treatment.
Note:
1, the adhesive configuration should be used up within two weeks, if not used up, you must carry out the specific gravity and viscosity test, qualified before use;
2, the pre-curing temperature must be strictly controlled between 145~150℃, and attention must be paid to the temperature distribution inside the heating and the heating characteristics of the equipment;
3, the configuration and use of the site to prohibit fire.
Packaging and storage: internal and external double plastic bags, each bag 25Kg, do not store in high temperature, high humidity environment.
